Red Teaming is our proprietary, comprehensive, knowledge-based, independent, unbiased process. We apply it to help clients test their strategic and tactical assumptions to identify, prevent or minimize disruptions and their associated risks and costs. Or identify new opportunities disruptions and risks create, and their potential for exploitation.
Red Teaming helps the client identify assumptions about how the market perceives the client’s operations, products or services, and whether the client’s reputation/perception in the market is what the client believes it is.
We use Red Teaming to identify possible or probable applications of technology processes or products to unexplored fields to enhance brand extension and positioning.
We work hand-in-hand with our clients to give them an independent opinion on how to identify, avoid, prepare for, and manage the positive or negative consequences of disruptions and their risks, locally, nationally, and internationally.
We work with the client on a project basis. From the beginning, the client and we define, with mutual understanding, what the final objective of the project is and the parameters within which we will conduct the project. Because we work in constant communication with the client, nothing is left to guessing or chance.
We go in, do the work, and leave when the project is done, according to the objective and parameters established in the Statement of Work (SOW). We are not “stay-in” consultants.
